Getting a Dog

Thank you for your interest in applying for an assistance dog through us. PPP accepts applications for mobility service dogs and seizure response service dogs as well as personal therapy dogs, visiting therapy dogs and facility dogs. If you are interested in applying for an assistance dog from us, please read our preapplication letter and return the request form to our office. If you prefer the letter and request form in a different format, feel free to contact our office and we will help you in any way we can.
